Game Night Surprise!



The first thing you need to do is turn off all your distractions, which most likely are your phone, TV and any other digital devices so ALL YOUR Attention is on the GAME NIGHT and playing with the kids. Forget everything around you for just 1 hour. Be 100% available. That will make a huge difference.

Second, pick the games you will play. We found that 3 games is a good balance for our family.

First game is a bit educational. It usually involves writing or reading or learning a new skill. We played a writing and drawing game.

Second game is usually super silly and very funny. Sometimes it gets very messy.

Third game is a race and it often involves physical activity. But it’s also a very fun one.
